Elements at Saratoga Lake required high-visual-quality surfaces and cabinetry tailored to an upscale market — coordinated palettes, premium edge details, and durable finishes for long-term owner satisfaction.

• Quartz: premium veined and solid options, varying thickness by application (30–40 mm islands).

• Cabinets: painted and veneer door options with soft-close hardware and dovetail drawer boxes for premium units.

We performed mock-up installations in our factory to confirm color matches and to create a prototype for the client's sign-off. Each slab had photographic documentation and slab maps for installers to maintain consistent grain flow.

High-value crates with bump sensors on key containers; unit-level packing lists enabled installers to locate parts immediately on arrival.

Installers achieved minimal rework due to pre-approved prototypes and dry-seam trials. The final interiors received positive feedback for consistent aesthetics and for meeting the project's high durability expectations.
