Mansion Grove
Full Interior Countertop & Cabinet Supply Package
Project background & scope
Mansion Grove was a large-scale redevelopment with tight phasing and uniform design language across many units. Prometheus needed multi-style quartz top options and a matching cabinet program to create different unit tiers (standard, upgraded).
Engineering & production details
• Multiple quartz variants were produced across runs; each batch was controlled for color and grain flow.
• Cabinet systems included upgraded door veneers for premium tiers and standard laminate doors for base units.
• Moisture-proof carcasses were emphasized due to wet-climate considerations.
Production cadence & QC
We set up parallel production lines — one for standard SKUs and one for upgrade SKUs — to ensure that premium units received separate QA passes. Color and material separation prevented cross-contamination of finishes.
Packaging & installation sequencing
Phased shipping allowed the contractor to finish a block of units per week. Prometheus' site manager credited our sequencing with enabling their crews to achieve consistent weekly handovers.
Challenges & resolutions
Challenge: Rapid shifts in order mix for upgrade units during mid-phase.
Solution: Flexible production scheduling and buffer inventory for premium door panels; reallocated shift patterns to meet short-notice increases.
Outcome
On-time project handovers enabled Prometheus to open units per schedule. The supply model demonstrated strong cost-effectiveness and reliability.
